State Farm® Insurance Agent Dean Sprague

"I’ve been with this company since the 90’s and at first it was great! Dean (agent) was the best. I used to debate with others about this being the best agent/company combination ever. I’ve even recommended several people to this combo. Maybe that was because I used them early in my driving career and never deviated. Fast forward to the present, it is the worse!! The employee at the office argue with you and speak to you as if you work for her or is beneath her. To now, no one knows why my insurance premiums keeps increasing and has several times in the last year or so. I have inquired several times to no avail. They even do not take the time out there busy schedule and address your official complaints. I was even told I should pay it without explanation. It’s now been awhile. Horrible!!! Please save your money because they seem to have too many customers and definitely won’t and don’t appreciate loyal customer. They are ripping people off with no grease."
